So, it's been a while since I was last here... Grayson has been keeping me busy! He has his first molars coming in which now means he has 10 teeth!! Frig!! So with these molars comes a very cranky boy who doesn't want to eat anything except Gerber's Little Crunchies, or his bottle... which is costing us a fortune in formula.
I have never wanted to switch to milk more than I do right now. However, Grayson doesn't eat enough food for us to switch over to milk. If we did that he wouldn't get the nutrients he needs, he also seems to be lactose intolerant, and of course you can't get homo milk that is lactose free. So... do we switch to lactose free 2% and hope that maybe with the reduction of formula he'll start to eat more food? or just stick it out???
As you know it's now September, which means back to school, which means my maternity leave is almost up (beginning of Oct). So ive been stressing about that too, as when i go back i return on the supply list!! BOOOOO!!!!! Everyday i check SEMS to see if there are any jobs. Nothing for september yet that i have found. I even try to check for october so i have something ready for when i head back, but alas there is nothing... so now my dilemma is, do i look for another job?? and i have been looking, just to see what's out there... and there really isn't much *thumbs down* so i dunno what to do. There are some ppl that love supplying but I am NOT one of them...
with the return to work looming over my head i have been also trying to figure out daycare... there are lots of options out there, but not one that suits us right now. as of october chris' schedule might change, but it's not a for sure. so i'm waiting on that to figure out what we need to do. if his sched does change, then we would only need day care 1-2x a week. If it doesn't we're looking at 3-4x. Big difference money wise.
here's hoping it all works itself out! *fingers crossed*
